Your First Visit
Your first appointment usually lasts about 90 minutes, including two
sessions. The first one is initial evaluation, of which the doctor makes a
diagnosis and tailors a treatment strategy individually suited for you after
reviewing your medical history, performing a routine exam and discussing your
concerns and expectations; and the second is acupuncture or other treatments.
Your subsequent appointments usually take about 60 minutes.
